Lysfold: Pavilion of light

DIS Copenhagen Study Abroad - Architecture Design Course

Architectural design, site study, research

Each pleat frame is held together by wooden dowels, reducing the need for metal screws and other adhesives. This allows for each frame to hold the linen edge in place through compression

Interlocking platform modules allow for form variation and efficiency in assembly. Similar to the frames above, this design also eliminates the need for screws and adhesives.
